Mandatory Equipment
- Mouth Piece
- Headgear
- Standard Sparring Headgear is allowed.
- Headgear with a full jawbar is allowed in the IKF PKB for ALL AGES.
- Headgear with full face Faceguard/cages are allowed in the PKB for ALL AGES.
- Groin Cup
- Shin Guards - Guards must completely cover your toes and shins, No Cloth Shin Guards
- Gloves
- Age: Under 12 oz
- Age: 18+ 16 oz
- Shoes - Required for Boxing Only
